In 2025 the day opened with the Residential Forecast and the Commercial Outlook, then split into concurrent panels on the questions shaping the Boulder Valley: the office market, insurance and warrantability, retail and restaurant vacancies, and middle-income housing. The luncheon keynote brought the national picture from Dr. Lawrence Yun, chief economist for the National Association of Realtors, and the afternoon closed with Breaking Ground, the development directors’ rundown of the region’s top projects, a huge hit year after year.
